Dimaag-EV is a Tier 1 supplier of electric vehicle systems focused on designing and building battery modules and packs (including swappables), inverters, motors, and ultra-fast DC charging systems up to 1 MW. Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectures for critical electric vehicle systems.
- Apply principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, and heat transfer to design vehicle sub-systems and validate their performance using analytical tools.
- Create innovative and robust mechanical solutions which will integrate with electrical system.
- Lead/mentor a team of mechanical engineers.
- Present design concepts, test data, and project status to management and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Apply principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, and heat transfer to design components for electric vehicles and validate their performance using analytical tools.
Preferred
- Experience developing engineering drawings and documentation (GD&T preferred).
- Experience coordinating production activities with manufacturers.
- Familiarity with simulation tools involving FEA, CFD, and thermal analysis.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical integration.

This role is in Fremont, CA. Remote candidates will also be considered.
