Staff software engineer

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions applying computer science and mathematical analysis.
• Conceptualize, design, develop, test, validate, and deploy software for EV technologies including motor-control and charging.
• Design, implement, and debug embedded software for vehicle control and battery management in C/C++.
• Contribute to architectural design of embedded systems including firmware and communication protocols.
• Develop real-time operating system software, optimizing scheduling for time-critical vehicle applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5+ years progressive experience.
• Software and firmware development experience.
• Embedded software development for automotive or similar real-time systems.
• C, C++ programming in real-time operating systems.
• Real-time OS, software architecture, and communication protocols expertise.
• ARM processors and ARM development tools knowledge.
• Debug circuit boards using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers.
