ENCORE driven electric vehicles

One platform. Any machine.

DIMAAG has deployed ENCORE on a multitude of off-road vehicles: zero-turn mowers, compact excavators, utility vehicles, and tractors. Each performs the equivalent job of its diesel counterpart. Just two battery modules provide full power for an entire working day.

Battery & fast charging

One battery platform solution

At the center of ENCORE is DIMAAG’s swappable battery module: high power with active thermal management, shared across all ENCORE vehicles. Modules fast-charge in 20 minutes, enabling continuous operation through hot-swap during operator breaks.

Partnership

In collaboration with Hitachi Construction Machinery: developing the world’s first 1.7t zero-emission compact excavator. First unveiled at CES 2024, launching in Europe 2027.

The off-road EV solutions have considerably different requirements than the on-road EV solutions. It is important to safely provide full power for a full day of use. The cost has to be comparable to diesel-based solutions for EV transformation goals to become a reality. DIMAAG’s ENCORE makes it possible to achieve all these requirements.

Enlarged picture

  • Ultra fast charging

295 kWh ESS delivers enough power for a full day’s work. Recharges equipment in 15 minutes during operator breaks: no downtime, no trips to fixed stations.

  • 1 MW output

MCS Connector provides 1,500A MAX and 1,000V MAX: the fastest and most convenient vehicle-to-vehicle charging. Modular DC-DC architecture scales from 1MW to 6MW.

  • Rough terrain capable

Four-wheel steering and electronic torque vectoring. 40% grade capability. Built for construction sites, quarries, and mines: remote control standard, autonomous option available.

Optimized total cost of ownership

Advanced thermal management technology enhances safety and life-cycle to deliver improved TCO and accelerate decarbonization. Patented active cooling keeps temperatures controlled during high-power delivery, extending battery life and reducing operational costs.
